Thank you for choosing to participate in the Earthbound Lifestyle.

To ensure the highest quality of service for all our guests, we encourage you to take a moment to review a few basic guidelines that will enhance your visit with us!

 

Appointment Scheduling

We encourage you to arrive 20-30 minutes prior to your appointment to ensure security of your scheduled appointment time.  This allows for time to complete your personal history and the necessary consent forms for your particular service.

Your Spa Concierge cheerfully awaits your arrival, and will gladly assist you with the Guest Arrival Process.

 

EarthBound Tranquility

Upon your arrival, remember to check your cell phones & pagers! We all rely on these necessary devices but in order to truly detoxify your Body & Mind from the stress of Modern Society, we encourage you to keep all phones and pagers turned OFF.

The Sounds of EarthBound will soothe & benefit your experience.

 

Choose to relax & let go in the SUI steam room or browse through the Boutique to sample the Best Spa and Salon Retail Wilmington has to offer.

 

Age Requirements & Small Children

Busy Mom’s & Dad’s are an integral part of today’s Society. We encourage you to leave your small children in trusted hands to fully enjoy your EarthBound experience.

 

Spa Services: Clients of age 13 and older are welcome to enjoy Spa services.  A parent or guardian must accompany all salon and spa clients under the age of 16.

 

Salon Services:  Clients under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian.

 

EarthBound requests a parental consent form be completed prior to receiving any spa treatment, hair removal service or chemical hair service for a client under the age of 16.

 

***  EarthBound does NOT perform particular hair removal services for clients under age 18.  Contact our Concierge Team for more information.

 

Appointment Scheduling

EarthBound welcomes “Walk-In” guests and will do our best to accommodate walk-in requests.  Walk-In requests are subject to appointment availability.

 

A Credit Card or Gift Certificate is required at the time of scheduling to guarantee all EarthBound Salon and Spa services.  Please refer to our Cancellation Policy prior to reserving your appointment. 

 

 

EarthBound Appointment Cancellation Policy

A Credit Card or Gift Certificate is required to guarantee any and all Salon/Spa appointments.  EarthBound observes strict PRIVACY POLICIES and will not disclose any personal and/or financial information to any other party.

 

  • Appointment Cancellation with 24 or More Hours Notice:

Your appointment will be cancelled and rescheduled at your request.

 

  • Appointment Cancellation within LESS than 24 Hours Notice:

Your appointment will be cancelled and rescheduled at your request with 50% of the service price applied to the credit card or gift certificate on file.

 

  • Appointment Cancellation WITHOUT NOTICE:

The appointment will be cancelled.  The full amount of the scheduled service will be applied to the credit card or gift certificate on file.  A 50% deposit is required towards the next service scheduled due at the time the next appointment is scheduled.

 

  • Late Arrival:

Every effort will be made to accommodate late arrivals ~ If either partial or none of the service can be provided, the client is responsible for the full amount of the scheduled service.

EarthBound accepts the following forms of Payment:

  • Credit Cards:  Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express
  • Debit Cards
  • Personal Checks (with Valid ID)
  • Travelers Checks
  • EarthBound Gift Certificates
  • Cash

 

Deposits

 

Specialty Services such as Hair Straightening and Eyelash Extensions may require a Deposit at the time of scheduling your appointment.

Loss and Damage

 

~EarthBound cannot be held responsible for the loss or damage to personal articles~

 

 

Alcoholic Beverages

We all may love a glass of wine while relaxing and being pampered how ever; Alcoholic Beverages are often counter productive to many spa treatments. There for, we regret that we do not offer or allow alcoholic beverages during the Earthbound Experience.

 

Smoking

EarthBound is a smoke Free Facility.

Gratuity

To Tip or Not to Tip?

At Earthbound, Gratuity is not included in menu prices and is greatly appreciated!

15 – 20% is the Industry Standard for Gratuity based on your satisfaction with the overall service received.

 Please feel free to use your discretion.

 Your Spa Concierge is gladly available to assist you with the gratuity process upon your visit departure.
