Our most popular and requested style of massage, Swedish Massage leaves the body with a total sense of relaxation and well-being. Incorporating lighter, rhythmic relaxing strokes, to increase the oxygen flow in the blood and release toxins from the muscles.

Deep Tissue Massage 30*60*90 min (50, 80, 105)
A wonderful therapeutic massage option is the Deep Tissue Massage. The Deep Tissue Massage is a massage technique that focuses on the deeper layers of muscle tissue. It aims to release the chronic patterns of tension in the body through slow strokes and deep finger pressure on the specific areas of need, going across the fibers of the muscles, tendons and connective tissues (fascia) to aid the body of relief from sore or tender spots in specific areas, most commonly the back.
Trigger Point Massage (Neuro Muscular Therapy) 30*60*90 min (50, 85, 110)
Neuromuscular massage is an intense form of bodywork that consists of focused, concentrated massage on one specific area of the body. Trigger points are small areas in the muscles that “triggers” pain in another area of the muscle, causing a lack of blood flow, lack of oxygen and build up of lactic acid in the muscle (or trigger point). To relieve these trigger points, our therapists typically warm up the body using Swedish Massage techniques to assist in the location of the trigger points followed by applying specific, deep pressure to “hold & release” the trigger point.

Sports Massage is a specialized form of massage incorporating Swedish and Shiatsu Massage modalities and is best performed before and after athletic events such as a strenuous work out. The purpose of this massage is to prepare the client for peak performance, to drain away fatigue, to relieve swelling, to reduce muscle tension, to promote flexibility and to prevent injuries.
Earth Stone Massage 60*90 min (85, 110)
Therapeutic Stone Massage is a marvelous & popular style of massage in which soothing alternating hot stones are placed at specific troubled sites on the body to promote relaxation and to help open up the body’s meridians or energy pathways. Muscles are pretreated with the heated stones to allow your EarthBound Massage Therapist to more easily perform deep tissue manipulations.

The therapist will introduce you to a relaxing state of mind through breath inhalation techniques and aromatherapy.

This is a nourishing treatment designed to meet your individual skin type (dry, oily, element exposed, excessive skin cells, or normal). Your therapist will custom your cleanser, exfoliation, and masque to meet your skin’s need. Serums will be included as needed.
