ETC is a highly respected school of permanent makeup offering basic permanent makeup classes, as well as medical tattooing, and continuing and advanced education classes. All classes are a combination of individual study and hands-on procedures to guide you to a confident, successful experience.  Both the Softap and 3D Brows methods are taught.
